Hey cool! I saw you liked the post I made on Rosalarian's feed concerning Native Americans. Often I feel like I have ZERO support when it comes to these issues I feel so strongly about! I grew up on the Indian Reservation here in Michigan, my grandmas house walking distance from pow-wow grounds. I too am hoping to work for Disney or maybe even Pixar someday (though I pine for traditional animation). My cousin did a ton of work on Pocahontas, I've always thought that was crazy awesome. Well, sorry if this seemed a little outta the blue but I was super stoked to see someone else actually care about the well-being of Natives!

I’m really glad you asked Rosalarian that question! Casual racism is still such a big thing in the world, and it makes me happy to see people sticking up for minorities. I like Meaty Yogurt a lot, and the cliched ‘Native American curse’ was something that really bugged me. I’m relieved that she intended it to be kind of offensive, but plans on addressing the offensiveness later on.
